About company

The factory REALISTIC has had over 40 years of experience in designing and manufacturing electric resistance as well as induction channel and crucible furnaces and crucible furnaces and gas heating furnaces. The aim of the company has kept up to date utilizing modern developments both in design and presentation, resulting in the company being one of the principle supplier for furnaces in the Czech Republic and the exporter to Europe, Asia, Africa Central and South America.

The aim of the company has been reliability and service, whilst still keeping abreast of the times, which has resulted in many of its customers being served for over 40 years.

The Present

Realistic was privatised in 1996 and it launched its development in the business, project and manufacture sphere, which manifested itself in the effected turnover and the overall growth of the company.

The company began to specialise on the project design and own production of equipment designated for the automobile and aerospace industry. In these industries, emphasis is laid on equipment reliability and on the stability of technological processes.

After the deletion of the name of the original state-owned enterprise from the Trade Register on August 24, 1999, the company changed its trade name to REALISTIC and BLEX, spol. s r. o. (limited liability company).

As of May 1, 2001, the company was transformed into the joint-stock company Karlovarské průmyslové pece (Carlsbad Industrial Furnaces JSC) and subsequently from September 1, 2001, the company was renamed to REALISTIC, a. s.

Since then, the annual turnover of the company has been regularly increasing by approximately 5 – 10%.

In 2004, REALISTIC, a.s. was awarded the ISO 9001 certificate of quality by the prestigious BVQI. Thereby, REALISTIC gained a significant position among companies that are able to design and implement ideal technology solutions for most production processes in the field of heat processing.
