Hardening

Electric pit furnaces, chamber or car - hearth furnaces are designed for heat treatment up to 1200 °C. REALISTIC furnaces in combination with quenching tanks are designed especially for hardening shops. Oil or water tanks with external cooler or heating if necessary, double-walls and fume exhausting. Light steel construction made of sectional steel is covered with a metal sheet covering.

The furnace including car - hearth is lined with low - mass insulating bricks and fibre felts which provides excellent economy, low thermal lost, fast heating and cooling, low weight and power input. Heating elements made of resistance wire Kanthal A1 are placed on the walls including the door. The door and car are operated by means of electromotor drive. The door is tightly closed to the furnace front. The furnace is fitted with ventilating flaps on the walls and on the ceiling. The temperature is measured with thermocouples and recorded by means of point - recorder.

Hardening line

Chamber furnace for hardening, max. temperature 1280 °C, annealing furnace up to 800 °C, water and oil tank, transporter with motor drive and loading equipment.

Annealing.

Electric pit furnaces, chamber and car-hearth furnaces are designed for heat treatment up to 800 °C. Radial recirculation fans situated on the furnace ceiling forces the air through the heating units to the charge to improve the temperature distribution and the rapidity of heating.. The door is operated by means of electromotor drive (on option by hydraulic cylinder or manually). The door is tightly closed to the furnace front.

The temperature is measured with thermocouples and recorded by means of point - recorder. The temperature is accurately controlled by means of process controllers. Electric equipment and control devices are placed separately in the switchboard. Heating curves are programmable.
