REALISTIC, a.s. built for our important customer in Ukraine a "Heat treatment line for forgings".

The line includes the following equipment:

• Gas-fired continuous roller furnace PY 10.88.4 / 9.5 for heating before quenching
• Gas-fired continuous roller tempering furnace PY 10.128.4 / 7.5
• Quenching tank - water / polymer
• Cooling of the quenching tank
• Isothermal box
• Tilter for one basket
• Control system
