Heat treatment line

In January this year, a forging heat treatment line with an output of 600 kg/h, which is designed for the refining and annealing processes of steel parts, was put into operation in the Polish company Kuźnia Ostrów Wielkopolski Sp. z o.o.

The whole technology consists of parts:

a) 2 pcs stationary table - loading and unloading the charge

b) 1 austenitizing furnace - PE 10.15.4/11,5 - temperature up to 1150 °C

c) 1 austenitising furnace - PE 10.15.4/9.5 - temperature up to 950 °C

d) 2 pieces tempering furnace - PE 10.15.4/7,5 - temperature up to 780 °C

e) 2 pcs quenching bath - KVV 18 - quenching medium: polymer, water

f) 1 cooling box

g) 1 pc manipulator

h) 1 electrical control box including automatic control system
